When you don't feel like yourself anymore, it's easy to lose hope.

Pain has a way of narrowing our world. It can make us question our bodies, our choices, and sometimes even ourselves. Whether you've been living with chronic pain, digestive problems, anxiety, migraines, autoimmune disease, or simply feel like something is "off," my goal as an acupuncturist isn't just to treat a symptom. It's to understand why your body lost its bearing and what is preventing it from finding its way back to equilibrium.

My own path to Chinese medicine began after years of unexplained pain that changed dramatically under the care of an extraordinary acupuncturist. What stayed with me wasn't simply that my symptoms improved. It was that, for the first time in years, I felt hopeful. That experience changed the course of my life and ultimately led me to become an acupuncturist.

Today, I provide acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Lucinda, Pennsylvania, serving patients from throughout the Pennsylvania Wilds, including Clarion, Forest, Jefferson, Venango, and Elk counties. With more than 20 years of clinical experience and over 50,000 treatments, I've learned that healing rarely comes from chasing one symptom after another. It comes from listening carefully, understanding patterns, and helping people find moments of peace and equilibrium. Those moments may be subtle at first, but they often mark the beginning of profound change.
